Return Policy

  • We need to issue a return authorization for each return
  • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping fees (including COD)
  • Must be in unwashed, unaltered or unworn condition
  • Items must be returned in their original condition
  • Items must be accompanied by their original tags, order number, as well as a printed copy of the authorization
  • Footwear must be accompanied by original shoe box
  • INFLUENCEU reserves the right to reject and return damaged merchandise

Returns should be shipped with tracking information and insurance, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. 


Return Process

influenceu will gladly accept the return of merchandise that complies with our return policy. A customer has 7 business days to make a return after receiving the goods. We unfortunately cannot offer free returns unless there is an order mistake or item defect..
