influenceu will gladly accept the return of merchandise that complies with our return policy. A customer has 7 business days to make a return after receiving the goods. We unfortunately cannot offer free returns but will have an influenceu customer shipping rate for our shoppers. For all returns simply follow the easy steps below. Exchange or store credit only.
Step 1: Contact Customer Care for a return authorization number. Print the return authorization number.
Step 2: Go to the below web address to access a Return Label for printing.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your request has been fulfilled. Each Return Label is unique and is for one time use only. Please print a new label each time you return a package.
Step 3: On the Order Confirmation you originally received, please highlight the item(s) you are returning and note the reason for your return.
Step 4: Securely put the goods being returned into a shipping envelope of box along with the Return Authorization and the Order Confirmation.
Step 5: Affix the easy Return Canada Post label to the package. If there is a pre-existing label, be sure to cover it with the new one.
Step 6: Take it to your local Canada post to ship it off.
International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service.
