We understand you may be gifting items for the holiday season. Therefore, influenceu will be flexible in accepting late returns: the period in which a return may be requested will be extended to 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order. This will be eligible for all orders placed between November 27th, and December 31st, 2020.
The following conditions are required to be eligible for a return.
Shoes must be returned with the dustbag and original packaging. Please place the shoes box back in the original package or a similar box to prevent damage during shipping.
Final sale items are not eligible for return. These products are clearly marked on the product page as well as during checkout.
Please note influenceu reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with our return policy. Any rejected item will be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
Requesting a return is easy. Simply contact us here to start your return. Please make sure your order complies with our return policy as stated above.
At this time we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for another one or size simply request a return and purchase the item you wish to exchange for. Please note your returned item must comply with our return policy as stated above.
A refund will be initiated within 5 business days of receiving your returned item. Once processed an email detailing your return will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Your financial institution may require further time to process the refund.
All original shipping fees are non-refundable.
To receive free returns on your eligible product(s):
1. Shop our Coats & Jackets category for men and women. On the product detail page, look for the “Free Returns” next to the price to confirm that a product qualifies for free returns.
2. Free returns are only available for online orders with delivery addresses using a Canadian postal code.
3. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the eligible product(s) within 14 days of delivery of your shipment in new and unworn condition in the original packaging for a full refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
4. Please contact Customer Service and provide your order number to get the return label. We will guide you through the return process.
5. influenceu will process your return and issue a full refund with no deduction for shipping after receiving your return of the eligible product(s). Please note that if you return other products along with the Free Returns products, influenceu may deduct the shipping costs for the ineligible products(s) from your refund amount.
