How do I return an item?
To submit a return request, please contact INFLUENCEU's customer care and request a Return Authorization (RA). Our company adheres to a no-paper policy in an effort to reduce waste. This is why shipments do not include a return slip inside the box.
Please be careful when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Can I exchange my order?
At this time we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item, simply request a return and place a new order for the item you prefer. Please note your returned item must comply with our return policy as stated above.
When will I receive my refund?
A refund will be initiated within 5 business days of receiving your returned item. Once processed an email detailing your return will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Your financial institution may require further time to process the refund.
All original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
A product can be modified or canceled as long as it has not yet entered the packaging or shipping phases.
All you have to do is provide our customer care agent with your order number and ask for a cancellation request. If you choose this option we will refund you the full price for any returned item that meets our Returns Policy and the original delivery fee.
